Day 1: Introduction and Basic Ball Skills
- Warm-up (15 mins): Light jogging and dynamic stretching focusing on agility and flexibility.
- Ball Mastery (30 mins): Basic dribbling around cones, both feet, inside and outside touches.
- Passing Drills (30 mins): Pair passing, focusing on controlling and passing back with two touches.
- 1v1 Dribbling (20 mins): Players take turns being the attacker and defender in a small grid.
- Cool-down (15 mins): Light jog, stretching, and group circle to discuss the day's learning.
Day 2-4: Advancing Techniques
- Warm-up (15 mins): Fun games like tag and keep-away to engage players and improve agility.
